Dina Meyer is an New York native who was raised in Forest Hills Queens. She made the move to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her junior high. There are two of her siblings: an older brother named Gregory and a younger one known as Evan. When she was between the ages of 9 to 16, her first exposure to the industry was when she began modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors that received this training. She got her first part in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, that required her to relocate out to Los Angeles. After that, she was as the lead role in the movie Johnny Mnemonic, in which she performed the majority of her own stunts, establishing herself as an athlete. As well as Matt LeBlanc's talent agency the agent of hers was involved in a range of roles that recurred on Friends.
